Monsoon Maintenance is a Cairns-based building maintenance business. We hold a QBCC licence and are fully insured — so you can book with confidence knowing the work is done properly and backed by the right credentials.
We work across residential and commercial properties throughout Cairns and the surrounding region. Whatever the season, we're on the tools.
I've spent 15 years working in maintenance and facilities management across a range of environments — from local government infrastructure and large commercial sites to private homes. Along the way I've built up hands-on experience in building compliance, contractor coordination, asset planning, and trade work across all disciplines. I'm a licensed builder with high-risk work tickets, and I take pride in getting things done properly the first time.
